This brick duplex, built in 1910, sits in the Ghent Historic District of Norfolk on a lot of about 0.1074 acres. The building offered approximately 3,922 square feet across two units, each with three bedrooms and one bathroom, for six bedrooms and two baths in total.

Architectural details included 10-foot ceilings, original hardwood floors, crown molding and large windows. Both units had generous living and dining areas and an original cast-iron tub, and the upper unit had a spiral staircase leading to a small private courtyard. The owner had completed major work, including window replacement, exterior restoration and electrical upgrades, but was unable to finish the project, and many of the materials needed to complete it were on site and conveyed with the property.

The location is minutes from downtown Norfolk and within walking distance of the restaurants and shops on Colley Avenue, with ODU, EVMS, Sentara and I-64 close by. The duplex sold at auction in October 2024.
